Had to go to Fresno for this one, but it meant getting floor seats. Pure magic.
There's not much I can say about this band that hasn't already been said. Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime event.
I guess the most important impression I got from the show was how practiced they sound. Not practiced in the sense of being routine, but practiced in the sense that they've been singing these songs longer than I've been alive, and because of that, they have the freedom to play around and improvise -- and have it sound good.
My only disappointment was that Christine McVie was missing, but hey, this performance was the closest $123 has ever gotten me to a miracle. I was just born too late, that's all.
